THE NASA SWEP VI ADVANTAGE

A direct path to technology delivery.

NASA’s SEWP VI Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) provides federal agencies and authorized buyers access to information technology, communications and audio-visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services.

Through two distinct contract awards, NeevSys supports enterprise IT initiatives, modernization programs and technology-intensive agency missions. The scope of Categories B and C overlaps, and the applicable contract and ordering rules govern each acquisition.

OUR PRIME CONTRACT AWARDS

Two categories. One trusted partner.

NeevSys holds separate prime contract awards under both SEWP VI service categories. Use the relevant contract number when preparing an agency request or task order.

Additional requirements can apply under each agency’s policies and the current SEWP VI contract terms.

Does NeevSys hold both Category B and Category C awards?

Yes. NeevSys is a prime contract holder under Category B, contract 80TECH26D0510, and Category C, contract 80TECH26D1275.

Category B is designated for enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solutions, while Category C is designated for mission-based ITC/AV service solutions. NASA indicates the two categories have overlapping scopes. Ordering officials should use the current category, eligibility and scope rules for their requirement.

Federal agencies and appropriately authorized federal support contractors may use NASA SEWP, subject to NASA rules, government authorization and any agency-specific acquisition procedures.

NASA currently anticipates an ordering period beginning November 1, 2026 and ending October 31, 2036. Agencies should confirm the program go-live date and activation of the selected contract before ordering.

No. NASA specifies a maximum ceiling of $20 billion for each awarded SEWP VI contract, not a shared award value or funding commitment.
